We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to pay for items.

3.2 Order Requests

Buyers can submit order requests by entering their contact and shipping details. However, submitting an order request does not guarantee a sale. The seller has the sole discretion to decide whether to accept an order request, particularly if there are multiple requests or if the seller decides not to sell the item.

3.3 Payment and Delivery

The seller is responsible for processing payment and arranging delivery. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer and added on top of the item price. Loopa helps generate postage labels based on the information provided by the seller and buyer. Actual delivery is provided by the seller through Royal Mail. Loopa does not process any payments; payments are processed directly by the seller.

3.4 Prohibited Items

We may not allow the uploading of items that cannot be delivered by Royal Mail. For a list of prohibited items, please refer to the Royal Mail's guidelines on prohibited and restricted items.

3.5 Handling of Buyer Contact Details

Upon receiving an order request, Loopa shares potential buyer contact and shipping details with the seller. Sellers may only use this data to process the order and communicate with the buyer. Sellers are responsible for handling this information in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

3.6 Disputes Between Users

Any disputes between users are to be resolved directly between the users involved. While we may assist in resolving disputes, we do not have any responsibility for them and cannot guarantee a resolution.
